Yumshoq sariyog‘ni shakar bilan aralashtiring. Tuxum, limon sharbati, limon po‘stlog‘ini qo‘shing va yaxshilab aralashtiring.

Un bilan qabartma tuzini aralashtirib, elakdan o‘tkazing va qorishmaga qo‘shib xamir qoring.

Xamirni sellofan paketga o‘rab, 1 soatga sovitkichga qo‘ying.

Idishga shakar kukunini soling.
Xamirdan kichik dumaloqchalar yasab, shakar kukuniga botiring va pergament solingan listga tering.

180°C gacha qizdirilgan gaz pechida 12 daqiqa davomida pishiring.
